Honest about the math
What we assumed, and where we were conservative.
65% of your hiring time handled
Pilot data from restaurants and service businesses shows 60–75% of an owner’s time per hire gets moved off their plate, mostly phone screening, follow-up texts, and interview scheduling. We used the low end of that range to keep the number honest.
$240 saved per hire from faster fills
When a role sits open, your team covers with overtime or you run short-staffed. Filling an hourly role even 3–4 days faster saves a couple hundred dollars in overtime and lost shift coverage. This is an average per hire across our pilots.
What we didn’t include
Better retention from better screening, which is real but hard to measure in the first month. Fewer interview no-shows, which varies by industry. Recruiter salary avoided, which only applies if you were about to hire one. The total above counts only the savings that are easy to defend.
