SMS Terms and Conditions
Hire This Week is a product of Archlogix, LLC (Archlogix). The Hire This Week SMS messaging program is an application-to-person (A2P) text messaging service sent from a standard 10-digit phone number.
Employers and recruiters use Hire This Week to communicate with job applicants through the program, and Hire This Week uses it to communicate with business customers about their accounts. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Archlogix.
1. Program name and description
The program is called the Hire This Week SMS messaging program. It sends messages to people who opt in in connection with a job application or hiring process, and to business customers who opt in when they sign up for Hire This Week.
Job applicants may receive:
- Application receipt and status confirmations;
- Phone screening notifications;
- Interview scheduling messages and booking links;
- Appointment reminders; and
- Other transactional messages about their application or hiring process.
Business customers may receive messages to set up and manage their account and hiring searches, updates about candidates and interviews, and responses to their requests.
The program sends transactional and informational messages only. It is not a marketing or promotional program.
2. Consent and opt-in
You may opt in to the program through any of the following:
- A Hire This Week web form, including a job application form or our Start free signup form;
- A paper or electronic job application form;
- A verbal agreement;
- A reply text message confirming your enrollment; or
- Another opt-in method offered by an employer or recruiter through Hire This Week.
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from the program at the mobile phone number you provided. For job applicants, consent is not a condition of applying for a job, being considered for employment, or purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.
By opting in, you also confirm that you are the account holder for that mobile phone number, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll it in the program.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. For job applicants, it depends on where you are in the hiring process, including your application stage, the number of interviews scheduled, and related reminders. For business customers, it depends on your account activity and hiring searches.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
5. Opt-out instructions
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
After you opt out, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from the program. To join again, opt in the same way you did the first time, or reply START or UNSTOP, and messages will resume.

7. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be delivered if your mobile device is out of range of a transmission site, if network capacity is insufficient, or for other reasons outside our control.
8. Supported carriers
The program is generally compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers may be added or removed at any time without notice, and carriers are not required to support the program.
9. Privacy
We use information you provide through the program only to send and respond to text messages in connection with the Hire This Week service. For details, see our Privacy Policy and Messaging Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Revisions take effect when they are posted on this page. Your continued enrollment in the program after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
